Class Information

  • Syllabus
  • Here's the link to the shared google drive for the class.
  • The folders start with YYMMDDandAnameSometimes
  • Suggested and required materials:
    • (Strongly suggested) textbook Physics: Principles with Applications by Giancoli, 7th ed.
    • Required access to Mastering Physics, the online homework system we will use this semester.
There are several ways to get these materials. You can either (buy a hardcopy of the text and an access card for Mastering Physics (the bookstore will have this bundled together)) OR (you can buy access to an electronic version of the textbook within Mastering Physics) OR (You can also find a used copy of the book and buy the Mastering Physics code separately.)

You could possibly survive without the textbook, but you will need access to the Mastering Physics online homework system.
